Odes to nature, were, and still are, a fantastic expression of the human attachment to and appreciation of the green world. But we’re still working on our lyrical abilities, so in the meantime, we decided to share with our users an expression that we are familiar with, a font.
This is Bostan, a flourishing typeface brought to you by Mithat Aladag. It’s nature like you’ve never seen it with flowers decorating some, and not all, of its bushy characters, which will offer a more colorful, interesting, and floral display when they pop up in texts. Some letters even present alternates so you can pick between keeping the purple flowers or losing them, the latter being a tragedy in our opinion. Less is more with Bostan so you can combine its complicated letters with less extravagant fonts for readable results that can be used for eco-friendly projects like posters for planting events or spring-time festivals, notebooks with green designs, or invitations.
